A Bucks County father is accused of leaving his three-year-old in a car for hours on a hot summer day.
Investigators say 31-year-old Mikal Walker left his child in the parking lot while he worked out at the Planet Fitness in Falls Township on August 1st.
The temperature that day reached 90 degrees.
Someone spotted the kid in the car and called police.
Walker is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and leaving a child unattended in a vehicle.
Walker has posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court on August 19th.
