Bucks County's district attorney has obtained an emergency preliminary injunction, shutting down the sale of tobacco and other substances to children at a shop in Buckingham Township.
The court order comes just hours after District Attorney Joe Khan held a news conference outside the smoke shop where he says his office had filed a consumer protections action against Zaza Vape and Cigar on Durham Road for what he calls unlawful, misleading and deceptive business practices. Khan says he is opening a criminal investigation into the store in Doylestown.
He accuses the store of selling THC products, marijuana cigarettes and kratom, often called “gas station heroin,” without checking IDs.
