Bars, corner stores and other businesses have until the end of the day to remove skill games.
Beginning Wednesday, law enforcement will begin seizing them.
Any businesses still operating the machines after midnight tonight could face criminal charges.
The state Supreme Court ruled in June that the games are slot machines, so they are only legal in casinos.
The court gave the state Legislature four months to regulate the games, but lawmakers have failed to pass that legislation.
