Despite her primary loss, Stanford vows her commitment to Philadelphia will remain the same

It was a distant third finish for Dr. Ala Stanford in the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District, but while the loss stung, she didn’t want to see any tears.
