Fights, unruly crowds, push cancellation of South Jersey carnvial

Maple Shade Tiger Youth Football hosts the week-long fundraiser, but officials say Friday night, with the help of several area police departments, they had to contain and disperse a large and unruly crowd of teenagers. They say they were unable to verify online rumors that some of the kids had weapons. In response, organizers, township officials and police decided to cancel the event.
