Gas prices will not stop going up. The average cost for a gallon of regular in Philadelphia is now $4.50, according to AAA. That's up 38 cents from this time last week, and $1.36 higher than a year ago.
Gas Buddy analysts warn it could take up to a year for prices to get back to pre-war levels. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger has more.
