A judge has temporarily blocked Upper Merion Township from taking action on proposed data centers in King of Prussia.
The developer has sued in an effort to force the township to grant an extension for his proposals.
The Board of Supervisors was set to take a vote during its meeting today. The developer's lawsuit claims he didn't have enough time to respond to the township's concerns before today's meeting.
Hundreds of people rallied against the data centers at last night's planning commission meeting.
