The nonprofit behind “Sesame Street” claims things are not so sunny at its Sesame Place theme parks in Langhorne, Bucks County, and San Diego.
Sesame Workshops wants to end its 45-year relationship with SeaWorld, which operates its waterparks.
It has filed a lawsuit, accusing the company of failing to pay royalties and undermining the “Sesame Street” brand. It says SeaWorld’s actions have disappointed children and families.
SeaWorld has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
