A 25-year-old Delaware man is charged in connection with two incidents of indecent exposure and inappropriate sexual behavior within the last month.
The man can not be named due to Delaware state law.
Police in Middletown, Delaware, say on Oct. 7, the man exposed himself inside a Target off Route 71.
Less than three weeks later, on Oct. 26, police say he did the same thing in a Wawa off Route 71. They say he also inappropriately touched a victim in that case.
