Zaki Harrell is charged with murder and numerous other offenses.
Police say he was arrested Thursday at a home on the 2200 block of Beechwood Street in West Passyunk.
That's about a 20-minute walk from the scene of the shooting that broke out in the early hours of July 7, 2025.
In that incident, 12 people between the ages of 15 and 24 were shot. Three men, ages 19, 23 and 24, were pronounced dead a short time later at area hospitals. A fourth victim died last month.
