A man is dead after crashing his e-bike into a parked car in Germantown Friday night.
Police say it happened just before midnight on Stenton Avenue.
They say the man was riding a black e-bike south on Stenton when he hit the back of a parked and empty Honda CR-V.
He suffered head injuries and was rushed to Einstein, where he was pronounced dead around an hour later.
An investigation is ongoing.
