KYW Newsradio's Conner Barkon tells us the incident happened inside the Sunoco on 10000 Frankford Avenue on July 4 around 5 a.m.
Police said an argument broke out between two men while playing the skill machines. The confrontation heated up, and one of the men pulled a gun and fired a single gunshot at the other man, missing him.
