Man who died in collision with Pa. State Police helicopter was a certified flight instructor, officials say

NTSB Investigator in Charge Aaron McCarter said the pilot of the airplane, Paul Sokoloski, flew south for a few hours for training on Wednesday before returning to Carlisle, where he slammed into the back of a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter.
