Philadelphia police are investigating what they're calling a murder-suicide in Port Richmond Saturday afternoon. Officers responded to a shooting at a house on Mercer Street just off Somerset around 1:30 p.m. There, they found a man and woman shot.
Authorities say a preliminary investigation found that the incident was domestic in nature.
