Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker celebrated three years of alternative drug enforcement through Police Assisted Diversion by visiting a Resource Fair in Kensington. KYW Newsradio’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the event drew dozens of people from the neighborhood.
