The first incident happened just after 11 p.m. Friday in Northeast Philadelphia. Police said they responded to a call for a person with a gun at the intersection of Ditman and Sanger streets and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. KYW Newsradio's Conner Barkon has the details.
