Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday is offering tips to customers affected by the shutdown of Spirit Airlines.
Sunday says consumers should act quickly to recover refunds.
He says contact your credit card company to dispute charges.
If customers don't receive their refund, Sunday says they can file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
Because Spirit filed for bankruptcy, certain types of claims may be subject to court proceedings.
The Attorney General's office says you can contact them with any issues.
