A Philadelphia woman charged in her husband’s death has admitted she killed him, and staged it to look like a suicide.
Danielle Baxter pleaded guilty to third degree murder, abuse of corpse, tampering with evidence and a weapons charge.
In March of last year, Danielle reported to police she found her estranged husband Jordan Baxter lying between two parked cars along Bells Mill Road near Ridge Avenue, shot in the back of the head with a gun on his chest.
According to investigators, between inconsistencies Danielle made in her statements and ballistic testing, they linked the shooting death to her.
Danielle is expected to be sentenced in October.
