Philly kicks off anti-human trafficking campaign ahead of World Cup and America 250 celebrations this summer

Philadelphia officials on Tuesday announced plans to increase awareness of human trafficking and provide more services to survivors, during the FIFA World Cup and America 250 events. KYW Newsradio City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports.
