Philly seeks feedback on ‘streetery’ prototype designs

The city of Philadelphia wants to know what you think about two standardized design prototypes for outdoor dining. KYW Newsradio's Vik Raghupathi reports that the city wants to reduce the red tape for restaurants applying for so-called “streeteries.”
