‘Pow!’ Woman recalls fending off person in creepy Chucky-style mask in Center City

While a guy in a creepy mask terrorized people around City Hall, one woman decided to take him on. Jameka Wilson says she kicked the man square in the chest. She says she saw the man wearing the white, Chucky-style mask with blackened eyes chasing people around City Hall.
