Family and neighbors are mourning the death of Penn State student Billy Schmidt as police search for his killers.
The 22-year-old was shot early Saturday morning near 20th and Durfor streets in South Philly during an apparent robbery
Video from a neighbor's porch camera shows Schmidt following two young men on the street and saying, "Give me back my phone." Then, gunshots rang out.
