Shapiro touts rapid road repair funding in visit to Route 378 in Lehigh Valley

Governor Josh Shapiro and PennDOT leaders say a road-repair project on a key highway in the Lehigh Valley shows that the nearly a billion dollars set aside for rapid repairs was needed and is going to good use.
