Sheriff proposes changes to court-ordered settlement

Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal, today, released changes that she’s proposed to a court-ordered settlement agreement, over delays in processing sheriff’s sales.

KYW’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the release comes as Bilal faces contempt of court in the case.
