The city is making more changes to this week's Fourth of July events because of the heat.
The All-American Block Party that was supposed to happen on Thursday has been canceled. The start of the Red, White and Rosé Picnic has been pushed to 6 p.m. Thursday. The Salute to Service concert featuring Queen Latifah and the U.S. Army Field Band is being pushed back to 8 p.m. Thursday. And, the Philly Pops concert with Idina Menzel on Independence Mall has been moved back to 8 p.m. Friday.
