Former commercial airline pilot Patrick Arnzen joins Chris and Amy, looking back on how the airline industry changed following 9/11. He was still in training when the 9/11 attacks happened. He says the immediate impact for airlines was to cancel fights, and cut routes for quite some time, he calls it, 'a five year pause button,' on his career.
