'If we could turn back time it would be called the Great Forest Park Balloon CHASE,' jokes Jessica Stegen, Director of the race with Chris and Amy. The 'race' returns this weekend in the traditional 'hare and hound' format where one balloon takes off and places a target for the hound balloons to drop a bag of bird seed on. The flight window begins at 430pm on Saturday. The Balloon 'glow' is Friday evening. 'It truly is a family tradition,' says Stegen.
