KMOV & Matrix Midwest sports reporter Tamar Sher joins Chris & Amy. She reports that the 'Tarps Off' guys will return to Busch Stadium tonight as the Cardinals entertain the Pirates. 'To get fans out like this and to have the most fun I've seen in my time in St Louis,' is a good thing says Sher. She says she's more confident in the Cardinals now than at the start of the season.
