Postgame: Pat McCarthy with Jared Young

Jared Young opened the scoring for the Mets with a solo home run in the top of the second and after the game he met with Pat McCarthy on the field to discuss the plate appearance against a familiar face in Brandon Sproat along with the start and first big league win for Zac Thornton.
