Police are looking to arrest a 21-year-old man accused of trying to lure a 10-year-old girl into his SUV earlier this month. She was waiting for a school bus in Crafton Heights. Police say Raequan Troutman, driving a black Dodge Durango, asked the girl if she wanted a ride to school. She said no and told offciers Troutman returned and offered a ride a second time. Investigators say surveillance video backs up the girl's story and she also identified Troutman in a photo lineup.
