In Hour 2 of the Saturday Morning Scramble, hosts Cole and Alex break down the opening round of the South Carolina High School League football playoffs, running through 44 statewide scores and highlighting Greer’s historic first playoff victory since 1994. They also share a viral audio clip from Oklahoma detailing a bizarre midnight coin-flip tiebreaker held at a local catfish restaurant to determine postseason bids. The hour features in-depth interviews with three winning head coaches: Mountain View Prep's Grey Ramsey following their 48–0 shutout over Chester, Spartanburg's Mark Hodge after an upset win against River Bluff, and Powdersville's Robert Muster celebrating his 101st program victory against Emerald. The show wraps up with a thorough preview and score predictions for upcoming Round 2 matchups across the state.
