Craig Counsell confirms Justin Steele suffered a flexor strain

Matt Spiegel and Laurence Holmes were joined by Cubs manager Craig Counsell, who shared the news that left-hander Justin Steele (elbow) has suffered a setback in his injury rehab. Steele will be re-evaluated in a month.
