Paul Skenes thinks World Baseball Classic was root of velocity dip

Paul Skenes said that his drop in velocity was partly due to the World Baseball Classic. Joe believes Paul Skenes and thinks the WBC really did effect him. Maybe the velocity drop was intentional, but Skenes could never get back to 99 mph and 100 mph.
