Rob liked the Jesse Minter hire and thought it was time to make a change from John Harbaugh. Lamar Jackson covered up a lot of problems for the Ravens offense and Rob thinks Doyle is going to do things to compliment him. Rob thinks Lamar is an elite passer and wants them to run less designed runs.
