Former NFL QB Ben DiNucci from CBS Sports joined the show. Could Ben defend the reasoning for the Steelers not running the ball 3 times after the Jamel Dean interception at the end of the game Sunday? Ben put himself into the shoes of Jalon Daniels and assessed the potential situations he was looking at. Did Mike McCarthy give leeway to Aaron Rodgers on that final drive in regulation because of their longtime relationship? Ben said it is tough for him to say Rodgers was ‘bad’ on Sunday due to the team scoring 23 points in the 4th + OT. Ben isn’t sure how long the short-pass game can live as things get more difficult for the Steelers. How many voices is a QB listening to on a given play? Ben explained the Germie Bernard trust factor and why he is quickly becoming a key target. Ben told us why the Steelers should be cautious of a midseason acquisition at receiver, like Chris Godwin. Ben was once on the Saints practice squad and had a few tales of Bourbon Street.
