The Steelers beat the Colts 34-22 yesterday to move to 3-2 on the season, and we are in the mood to brag a little bit to begin the show. A take we collectively shared a few years ago has become glaringly true this season if it wasn’t already – Jaylen Warren is a great RB. After years of Najee Harris defenders trying to hold us down, we enjoyed seeing Warren make some history yesterday. To this point in the season, he’s arguably the best back in the NFL.
How much will Rico Dowdle factor into the run game when he returns from injury? One of the best moves Omar Khan has made as Steelers GM was extending Jaylen Warren. We are seeing what he can do when he’s not just the ‘change of pace’ guy. Caller makes incredibly dump point trying to push down Warren’s numbers. Another caller gives us our flowers for calling the Warren success long ago.
