Cam Heyward still has love and support for Joey Porter Jr., but he’s happy the drama is over. Cam acknowledged that fans are allowed to have hard feelings toward the Porter family with how everything went down. Mike said there’s a loophole in the CBA that gives the player power in that situation, so the team would have no leg to stand on. Jerry Jones put Porter in the same category as George Pickens, which makes a pair of former Steelers that are still awaiting paydays. Can the players work together since only one player will be able to be tagged? Mike said the Steelers immediately put themselves in a tough spot because they showed the league they didn’t value Porter, so it wasn’t realistic to expect a strong return for the player. Mike commented on the ongoing instances of disrespect that Aaron Rodgers has for Mike McCarthy. Mike wondered why a head coach would want a guy in the locker room that will undermine his authority.
