Ben Cherington said yesterday that July is the time to make moves, essentially slipping up and telling everybody that it is impossible to make trades right now. Poni thinks that Cherington is completely to blame for the bullpen being terrible this year. Poni thinks the Pirates would be a legitimate contender with a better bullpen.
