WTOV’s Jack Hillgrove joined the show. Jack has a hard time believing the Steelers will keep 4 QBs on their roster and cited other position groups that could use help ahead of the regular season, like safety and receiver. He doesn’t think we will see Aaron Rodgers on Thursday despite what Mike McCarthy has said. After McCarthy announced pre-practice that Max Iheanachor would not practice today, everyone in attendance saw him doing things in a limited capacity today. Jack said an injury to Eli Heidenreich could save the job of Kaleb Johnson, but he wouldn’t be surprised if the 3rd round pick from 2025 was cut by the end of camp. Does Travis Homer have a home because of his special team’s prowess? Jack said McCarthy is not as transparent with injured players as Mike Tomlin was. Jack doesn’t think anything from Malik Harrison has jumped off the page in camp as a player who is likely on the cut line. Jack explained why he is excited about what Patrick Graham brings to the table.
