Pirates insider Jason Mackey joined the show. Jason said Ben Cherington has a 99.9% chance of returning in 2027. Jason doesn’t have much confidence in Brandon Lowe returning after he became the first Pirate since 2019 to hit 30 home runs in a season. Jason said Paul Skenes needs a full off-season and told us the World Baseball Classic threw him off his routine a bit right before the year.
