He said the expectation is for both Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph to sit the game out with Will Howard and Drew Allar each getting a half of football. What does this mean? The guys pondered if it means Rudolph is safe. Is he? If the Steelers have a QB whisperer as a head coach, could it mean the young QBs are getting their shot to make their mark? Should the Steelers be pushing Rudolph as trade bait? It wouldn’t matter if another team watches Rudolph play 10-15 snaps in a preseason game because it wouldn’t dictate whether or not they trade for him.
