During the second hour of Wire2Wire with Cole Bryson and Diesel on The Fan Upstate, guest Melissa Leavell, Marketing Director at Ingles Markets, joined the studio to discuss Florida State’s recent coaching turmoil, buyout expenses, and the flaws in subjective College Football Playoff rankings. The conversation then highlighted Ingles' holiday offerings, including complete Thanksgiving meal pre-orders, $5 community food bank donation bags, and holiday recipe features from the Ingles Table magazine. The show's "Upset Picks Challenge" featured fan submissions, including Hurricane Jeff backing Miami (+7) against Notre Dame and the Leprechaun of Lyman delivering a rhyming pitch for Cincinnati (+11.5) over Houston. Finally, the "Daily Wires" segment rounded out key sports headlines: injury updates for Miami WR Malakai Tony, Jets WR Garrett Wilson, and Ravens QB Tyler Huntley (prompting a trade for Jacoby Brissett), alongside Missouri's Eli Drinkwitz denying interest in the FSU vacancy and Russell Wilson interviewing for the NC State head coaching position.
