According to court documents, the rapper filed for divorce on Thursday. The documents reveal that the two have been separated, the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and "there is no hope for reconciliation."
The pair welcomed their first child together, Monaco, nearly two years ago and Jeezy is now requesting joint legal custody.
Jeezy and Jeannie first got together back in 2019, confirming their relationship in September of that year via an Instagram post. Jeezy popped the question in March of 2020 during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
"[We] looked at each other at this time of the quarantine like, 'Yup, if we can do this, we are gangster,'" she told ET prior to their engagement. "We're [doing] amazing."
The Real co-host will now be going through her second divorce. She was married to actor Freddy Harteis from 2008 until 2018.
