Hilary Duff is a mother of three.
The 33-year-old actress and husband Matthew Koma have welcomed a daughter, Mae James Blair.
Duff announced the news on Instagram on Saturday and disclosed her latest bundle of joy arrived on March 24th.
"Mae James Bair- We LOVE you beauty 3-24-21," the “Younger” star captioned a black and white snap holding the newborn after having a water birth surrounded by her family.
This is the second child for Duff and Koma who are also parents to two-year-old daughter, Banks Violet. Duff shares 8-year-old son Luca with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
Duff’s celebrity pals were quick to share their joy.
“So beautiful! Congratulations!!” commented Ashlee Simpson.
“Congrats Beautiful friend,” added Vanessa Lachey.
“This photo ❤️❤️ congrats beautiful,” wrote Ashley Tisdale, who welcomed her first child earlier this week.
On Friday, Duff teased her baby’s arrival by sharing an image of Banks and declaring the two-year-old was now “a big sister.”
"I'm a big sister ....... marinating on how I feel about that!" Duff captioned an adorable pic of the toddler sitting in the bathtub.
Prior to Mae’s arrival, the “Lizzie McGuire” star had disclosed she and Koma decided to keep the baby’s sex a secret.
"The way we are creating some excitement within the family is to wait to find out the sex on the baby's birthday!” she previously told People. "It's a mixture of friends who are excited about the surprise and then some who are just really annoyed with us.”
