LISTEN NOW: V-103's Big Tigger Morning Show: Tyrese and Cody Walker

Hosting the global event, that per it's website "blends the enthusiast’s passion for the automotive world with live musical performances, racing, and art," when it takes over the Atlanta Motor Speedway on Saturday, October 19, Tyrese and Cody want to guarantee everybody knows just how epic the event will be.

Making sure Tigger gave the event the hype it deserves, Tyrese gave the morning show a hard time (all in good fun) about getting the event info to the public just right. With 700 cars on display, wild drifting with ride alongs, live music on the main stage, integrated and interactive sponsor exhibits, giveaways, raffles, and more, Fuel Fest will be an action packed day of all things cars and adrenaline.

To anyone who might be concerned about the safety of it all, Cody, first explained the technique of drifting, which is when you “intentionally oversteer the car, sliding the rear end around." And then assured, “This isn't a takeover, this is like a legitimate event, that’s safe. We've got a whole area that's set up for drifting. The cars are prepped for people… have gone through tech, you know, they have to have a roll cage, they need to have certain things.”

The rest of the chat contained some more discussions about drifting, additional event info, and plenty more of Tyrese antics— see example below. To catch it all, press play above.

Fuel Fest’s next stops include Tokyo, Japan on November 24, and Scottsdale, Arizona on December 7. For more information check out feulfest.com
