According to TMZ, Brandon, the brother of singer DaniLeigh Curiel, who shares a child with DaBaby, is suing the rapper over their recently filmed fracas, claiming he was attacked suddenly, did not fight back, and was left with a severe eye injury, psychological damage, medical bills, and sustained disability.
The fight apparently took place at a bowling alley in Los Angeles, and video footage allegedly shows DaBaby and his crew throwing down with Brandon, who goes by the name Brandon Bills. In the meantime, law enforcement is currently investigating DaBaby for assault with a deadly weapon, because police tell TMZ, “Bills was kicked in the head while he was already on the ground.”
