Ruff Ryders legend, author, and Hip Hop icon, DMX died today, after being hospitalized for a heart attack, triggered by a drug overdose. The New York native was 50, at the time of his passing. This was a tragic and heartbreaking loss for the Hip Hop community. X touched the lives of many— including members or our Audacy family.
Ed Lover, former host of Yo! MTV Raps and now morning host at 104.3 JAMS in Chicago, along with V-103's Big Tigger and DJ Nonstop, touring DJ for DMX and current member of the Audacy family have each provided exclusive statements.
