While many of us "normal people" do go all out for Halloween. Let’s just admit it, celebs really KNOW how to do Spooky Season right.
Honestly, there have been a lot, and we mean a LOT of amazing Halloween costumes from our favorite artists throughout the years.
NGL, everyone really turned it out in 2020, probably due to being bored in the house and in the house bored and had time to come up with some amazing ideas. That said, regardless of the year, whether they dress up as other celebs or chose to straight up slay it as some of our favorite characters, they somehow always manage to bring their A-game.
So of course (as we should), we put together a list featuring a few of our all time faves —which goes without saying no doubt includes Halsey, and obviously Lizzo more than once (#NeverForget when she transformed herself into the fly on Mike Pence's head).
Enjoy! Oh and with Halloween mere days away, might we suggest —while perusing through our list, tune in to Audacy’s Howl-O-Ween exclusive station, to y’know… fully get yourself into that spooky spirit.
Lizzo as the Fly on Mike Pence's head (2020)
One word, ICONIC. At that moment in time, this was like THE viral moment, and Lizzo truly did the damn thing and looked supa fly why doing it (pun VERY much intended).
Harry Styles as Elton John (2018)

So when Harry Styles channeled Elton John circa his 1975 Dodgers Stadium performance it ummm kinda got us thinking… maybe Harry should have starred in Rocketman?
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner as Gomez and Morticia Adams (2018)
They’re creepy and they’re kooky
Couple goals, but make it spooky
They’re all together ooky
It’s Joe and Sophie — snap, snap.
The Weeknd as The Nutty Professor (2020)
Wait sorry who is this? The Weeknd owned Halloween 2020, looking literally unrecognizable as Sherman Klump from The Nutty Professor. Nailed it.
Rihanna as Raphael - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (2014)

But did she bring pizza to the party? Actually, honestly who cares.
Ciara as Cardi B (2020)
Okkurrrrr! Ciara obviously looks incredible as Cardi B on the cover of her Invasion of Privacy album. Cardi herself approved of the costume, posting a video to her own Instagram. “I’m gagging! I love it! I’m so hype,” Cardi wrote in the caption.
Miley Cyrus as Lil' Kim (2013)

Obviously we can’t not talk about this. Even Lil’ Kim couldn’t help herself with an official Twitter approval, saying “Awwww. Look at my baby @mileycyrus tonight!!! Looking GORGEOUS!!! I wish I was there to squeeze your boob :) :) Love…” Don't we all, Lil' Kim. Don't we all.
Lizzo (again) as WAP (Wet A** Pussycat) (2020)
Once again, totally on trend. But like for real, let’s hear it for Lizzo.
Lil Nas X as Nicki Minaj (2020)
Lil Nas X took his starship to Old Town road as Nicki Minaj for Halloween last year and it was literally EVERYTHING!!
Halsey as the Corpse Bride (2020)
Halsey is a big fan of playing with makeup, so when she decided to transform herself into Emily from Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, she total nailed the cool girl, our bad — we mean ghoul girl look.
Rita Ora as Post Malone (2018)

Does anything really even need to be said.
Saweetie as all of Destiny’s Child (2020)
NBD, Saweetie just dressed up as every member of Destiny's Child— Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams—for Halloween 2020 and if we’re being completely honest we really weren’t ready (for all that jelly).
