JUDGEMT ZONE- Were Sandy's words of encouragement JERK or JUSTIFIED?

Judgment Zone-Scott is putting Sandy on trial for what she was doing while her husband was cutting down the family Christmas tree. He says a lot of wives do this and it’s just wrong.The jury had the final say. Is it a JERK thing to do or is it JUSTIFIED?
