Today to help us Kick off the Weekend is Donna from Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a national nonprofit organization that builds and delivers beds to kids who don't have beds. The Rochester chapter is made up of local volunteers who help local kids. So far, they have delivered over 200 beds to kids in our community who would otherwise not have a cozy place to sleep at night. Their motto is: NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN. If you want to participate in building beds, we have a build event on Saturday, October 23. No experience is necessary!
